Online registration and hotel reservations are provided by World Creations Inc. (WCI). Click on the following links to proceed to registration website prepaired by WCI. For details about the hotel reservation, see below. Payments can be made by two possible ways: credit-card online payment and bank transfer.

If you have any problems with registration system, please download a registration form and send it to the official agent (World Creations Inc., +81-3-3431-2738) by FAX.

Full registration includes: attendance at all sessions during days from September 22 to 26, making one oral presentation (a single participant is allowed for only one presentation; serving just as a co-author in two or more presentations is permitted), a Proceesings CD-ROM, an abstract book, reception (on Sept. 22), banquet (on Sept. 24), and refreshments during coffee break. Student registration does NOT include: a proceedings CD-ROM, an abstract book, nor banquet (if desired, please buy a ticket).

Kyoto city offers a wide choice of hotel accommodation. Organizers of the symposium offer its participants a set of pre-reserved well-located hotels at advantageous prices.

We have been holding below rooms in this area during the conference. These hotels and their reduced rates can be guaranteed till August 19, 2011, only. All the prices are per night/room, incl. breakfast and all taxes. Reservations will be made upon receipt of application form. No actual booking will be made for an application without advance payment for total amount. Reservation will be confirmed after the deposit is received. The respective hotels are listed below.
